Spirit Works Straight Rye Whiskey is a grain-to-glass rye made at Spirit Works Distillery in Sebastopol, California. Founders Timo and Ashby Marshall, a husband-and-wife team, mill, mash, ferment, distil, age and bottle on site.
The mash bill is rye-forward, giving the spicy, baking-spice character of the rye category. It comes in a 750ml bottle and sits alongside the distillery's bourbon and gin.
