Spirit Works Straight Wheat Whiskey is a 100% wheat whiskey from Spirit Works Distillery in Sebastopol, Sonoma County, California, sold in a 750ml bottle. Founders Timo and Ashby Marshall mill, mash, ferment, distill, age and bottle it on site.
It is aged for a minimum of two years in new, charred 33 gallon American oak barrels. The wheat-forward mash bill gives a softer, gentler profile than the distillery's bourbon and rye, with a breadier character and a more delicate body.
