This is a blended whisky from the German distillery St.Kilian, created in the style of Bud Spencer by master distillers Mario Rudolf and David Hynes. It marries St.Kilian whisky with triple-distilled Irish whiskey from the Great Northern Distillery in Dundalk, and the casks include ex-bourbon and ex-Amarone. It is bottled at 46%, without chill-filtration and without added colour, in a 70cl bottle.
The tasting notes describe creamy vanilla, honey and toffee with ripe peach, red cherry and raspberry, then oak spice and white pepper. A touch of peach and cherry jam follows, with soft honey and grape.
