St. Kilian ex Amarone Unpeated is a five-year-old single malt whisky from the St. Kilian distillery in Bavaria, Germany. It was distilled on 29 April 2020 and bottled on 21 November 2025 at 59.8% ABV, from cask number 5043, in a 50cl bottle.
The whisky matured in a former Amarone wine cask and is unpeated, so it is not smoky. It is not chill-filtered and has no added colouring.
