A single malt from St.Kilian in Germany, released as Signature Edition Fifteen. It was bottled in 2025 at 53.3% ABV in a 50cl bottle.
The spirit was distilled from Scottish peated malt at 80 ppm, then matured for three years in ex-Amarone casks of 50, 100 and 310 litres. The casks travelled to Rüdenau straight after the Amarone della Valpolicella was emptied from them in Bardolino, Italy. Their winey notes join fruity accents and strong smoke from the new make. It has no added colour and is not chill-filtered.
