St. Kilian Signature Edition Sixteen is a German single malt from the Miltenberg district of Lower Franconia, Bavaria, created as a tribute to Portuguese cask tradition. The spirit was distilled in 2018 and 2019 and bottled in 2025 at 55.3% ABV, in a 50cl bottle.
It was distilled twice in pot stills of traditional Scottish design, then matured for about seven years in ex-tawny port, ex-ruby port, ex-Madeira and ex-Moscatel de Setúbal casks. It is bottled without added colouring and without chill-filtration.
