This is a 24 year old single grain whisky from Strathclyde, bottled as The Grainman at a cask strength of 54.5% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It was distilled in December 1991 and bottled in January 2016 from a bourbon cask, with 234 bottles produced worldwide.
The Strathclyde distillery was built in 1927 and began production the following year. Between 1957 and 1975 it also made a single malt, Kinclaith, until the stills were removed to allow more grain production.
