Strathearn Single Malt Inaugural Release

Strathearn Single Malt represents a return to traditional whisky-making, born in the heart of Perthshire at a distillery prioritizing flavour above all else. Crafted in small batches using the rare Maris Otter barley – renowned for its creamy, malty character – and local Highland water, this spirit undergoes an exceptionally long 144-hour fermentation. Distilled slowly and deliberately, guided by taste rather than strength, the whisky matures in a carefully curated selection of Bourbon, Sherry, and Virgin Oak casks. The result is a complex and hand-crafted single malt, bottled in 2024 at 50% ABV, offering a uniquely rich and flavourful experience.
