Strathmill 2012/2025 is a twelve-year-old Speyside single malt, released by Signatory Vintage as 100 Proof Edition #36 at 57.1% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It was distilled in 2012 and bottled in 2025. Strathmill is typically light, fruity and malty, and here that style is given more power and structure. The nose shows light fruits, malt, vanilla, honey and spice. The palate is strong, with fruit, caramel, malt and spicy oak. The finish is long, warm and dry, with fruit and wood.
