This is a 12 year old Strathmill from Fruitful Spirits' Ever Curious collection, called 'The Fruity One'. It was distilled in June 2014 and matured in first-fill Oloroso and Tawny Port hogsheads.
It was bottled in August 2026 with natural colour and no chill filtration, as the first edition of 1,000 bottles. Strathmill, which has operated since 1891, is a Speyside distillery known for a light, grassy and subtly nutty malt with a gentle, oily texture.
This expression is described as sweet, spicy and rich.
