A single cask Strathmill, distilled in 2010 and bottled in 2025 after 15 years in a bourbon hogshead. It was released at two strengths: the larger share at cask strength, 52.8% ABV, and a smaller share at 46.3%.
At cask strength the nose opens with Jaffa cakes, tropical citrus and brown bread with butter and honey, with crisp red apples arriving later. The palate is fresh, with toasted malt, dark chocolate turning to milk chocolate, orange zest and baked apple. The finish runs to bitter orange marmalade and malt coffee with milk, and in time sour apple rings with caramel and coconut.
