A 23 year old single cask Strathmill from Speyside, distilled in 1996 and bottled in 2019 by Jack Wiebers Whisky World as part of its Fighting Fish series.
It matured in an ex-bourbon cask and was bottled at cask strength, 55.1% ABV, in an edition of 149 bottles.
Vanilla, light fruit, malt, oak, honey and a dry spiciness are the flavours associated with it, in a fruity, malty Speyside style.
