This is a Strathmill single malt from Speyside, bottled independently by Jack Wieber in the Fighting Fish series. The whisky was distilled in 1996, matured for 23 years in a Bourbon cask and bottled in 2019 at cask strength, 55.1% ABV.
The release is a limited edition of 149 bottles, each of 70cl. It carries no added colouring and has not been chill-filtered.
