A 21 year old Strathmill single malt from The Single Cask series. It was distilled on 31 July 1996, matured in a single bourbon barrel and bottled on 23 November 2017. The outturn was 60 bottles.
The nose is light and fragrant, with caramel, butterscotch and blueberries, plus floral hints of green tea and hops. The palate moves to peach and apple, then vanilla cheesecake and sponge biscuits. The finish is earthy, with herbs, wax and coconut.
