This is a 14 year old Speyside single malt from Strathmill, distilled in 2000 and bottled on 21 May 2014 by Gordon & MacPhail in its Connoisseurs Choice series. It was bottled at 46% ABV.
The whisky matured in first fill bourbon casks, which bring vanilla, honey, green apple, malt, light fruit and a gentle oak spice.
Together these give a fruity Speyside character.
