This is a 14 year old Strathmill, distilled on 26 November 2009 and bottled on 7 February 2024 for the Le Gus't Selection XXXV. It matured in hogshead cask 807593 and is bottled at 51.6% ABV in a 70cl bottle. The release comprises 341 bottles.
The hogshead was not very active, which kept the freshness of the distillate through the 14 years.
The nose is fruity and indulgent with pastry notes. The palate is rich, with white flowers, stewed apple and cereal.
