This Strathmill was distilled in 2009 and matured for 16 years in a single refill bourbon barrel. Gordon & MacPhail bottled it in 2025 for its Connoisseurs Choice Cask Strength range at 57.1% ABV, without chill-filtration or added colour. The outturn is 211 bottles.
On the nose there are citrus fruit, green apple and freshly cut grass. The palate offers sweet pear, a little cocoa powder, black pepper and tart grapefruit, and the long finish carries mango and delicate herbs.
