Strathmill – 2012-2025 12 Year Old Signatory Vintage 100 Proof Edition 36 (70cl, 57.1%)

This is a small batch Strathmill from Speyside, distilled in 2012 and bottled in 2025 at 12 years old by Signatory Vintage for its 100 Proof range. It is Edition 36. The batch was drawn from first fill Oloroso sherry butts and bottled at 57.1%, the 100 Proof standard, without colouring or chill filtration, in a 70cl bottle. Strathmill is a Diageo distillery whose whisky mostly goes into the J&B blend, so a heavily sherried single malt is a departure for it.
