A 14-year-old single cask Strathmill from Keith in Speyside, bottled by James Eadie for its Distilleries of Great Britain & Ireland series. The whisky was distilled in 2011 and bottled in 2026.
After its main maturation it spent 31 months in a first fill Oloroso sherry butt made from European oak. Chocolate and molasses shape the profile, and the finish in wood gives a deep mahogany colour.
It is bottled at 52.6% ABV, non-chill-filtered and without added colour, in an edition of 676 bottles.
