Suntory Ao World Whisky

A blended whisky from Suntory that brings together spirit from Ireland, Scotland, the USA, Canada and Japan. Ao is Japanese for blue, a reference to the oceans that link those places, and the deep blue bottle carries gold brush lettering. The nose combines creamy vanilla custard and candied pineapple with fine oak spice and liquid honey. On the palate there are warm pancakes and spicy cinnamon, with a faint touch of smoke and golden honey. The finish is long and warming.
