This is a 12 year old Japanese whisky from Hakushu, released for the 100th anniversary of Suntory and bottled at 43% in a 70cl bottle. It has a champagne golden colour.
The nose is fresh, with green apple, basil and pine needles. The palate brings sweet pear, mint and kiwi. The finish is long, with green tea, subtle smoke and lingering sweetness.
