Suntory Hakushu 12 Year Old (70cl)

Hakushu 12 Year Old is a Japanese single malt from the House of Suntory. The distillery was built in 1973 by Keizo Saji, the second master blender, as Suntory's second distillery, half a century after Yamazaki. It sits in the forests of the Southern Japanese Alps, among soft, crisp waters, and its flavour is said to change with the four distinct seasons at high altitude. The whisky is usually described as green and fresh, with a herbal and gently smoky profile and a crisp, vibrant feel.
