Suntory Whisky Toki

Suntory Whisky Toki is a Japanese blended whisky made from whiskies of the Yamazaki, Hakushu and Chita distilleries. Hakushu single malt and Chita grain whisky are its main components. The name means "time" in Japanese. The nose has gentle orchard fruits and thyme honey, with a hint of peppermint. On the palate, pink grapefruit and green apple come first, over toasted almonds, vanilla oak and bitter herbs. It is silky and slightly sweet, with a spicy finish of ginger and white pepper. It can be drunk neat or in a highball.
