This is Suntory White, a Japanese blended whisky bottled at 40% in a large 1.28 litre bottle. It is an older example of the classic Suntory White, from the 1980s. Bottles from this period would have been made with malt and grain distilled at Yamazaki distillery. Suntory moved its grain whisky production to Chita distillery during its expansion in the 1980s. Suntory White is generally described as delicately balanced and smooth, with a touch of sweetness and floral undertones.
