Demon de los Andes is a pisco from Tacama, one of Peru's older wineries, made in the Ica region. Pisco is a grape spirit, and this one is distilled by traditional methods from Quebranta, Italia and Torontel grapes.
The nose is floral and fruity, with aromatic herbs and a light minerality. The palate is round and smooth, with layered flavours that echo the aromas, and the finish is long and persistent. It can be served neat, chilled, or used in cocktails. It comes in a 70cl bottle.
