Tacama Demonio de los Andes Acholado is a Peruvian pisco from the Ica region. It is an acholado, blending aromatic and non-aromatic grape varieties, and is distilled in copper stills using traditional methods.
The nose combines floral notes with ripe fruit and a little sweet spice. The palate is balanced, with a soft entry, lively freshness, fruit and a subtle minerality, leading to a persistent finish.
It can be served cold, neat or in a Pisco Sour.
