Talisker 10 Year Old is a single malt from the Isle of Skye, bottled at 45.8%. It is smoky and malty-sweet, with a bold, peppery, spicy character.
The nose combines strong peat smoke, salty sea water and a lemony sweetness. On the palate there is a rich sweetness like dried fruit, with warming smoke and malted barley, and a peppery burst. The finish is long, powerful and warming, with pepper to the end.
