This is a 14 year old Talisker single malt from the 2025 Special Release, known as 'Molten Seas'.
It was matured in ex-bourbon casks, then finished in new American oak casks that were toasted using the heat of volcanic rocks from Skye.
The nose brings sea salt, fresh brine and smoked driftwood, with citrus peel and sweet malt. On the palate come cracked black pepper, roasted nuts and orchard fruit, alongside honey and oak char.
