Talisker – Distillers Edition

Talisker Distillers Edition is a single malt from Talisker, the oldest working distillery on Skye, founded in 1830 by the brothers Hugh and Kenneth MacAskill. The distillery was rebuilt after the still-house fire of 1960, with exact replicas of the old stills and traditional worm tubs for cooling. This limited edition has a two-part maturation, with each cask individually selected to match the character of the malt. The aim is to bring certain flavour nuances forward more strongly while keeping the original Talisker character intact.
