Talisker – Skye (70cl, 45.8%)

Talisker Skye is a single malt whisky from the Isle of Skye, bottled at 45.8% vol. in a 70cl bottle. It was created as the distillery's tribute to the island's contrasts, from soft, calm shores to the dark, jagged peaks of the Cuillin mountains. The character is a smoky sweetness with maritime and spicy notes. In the glass, fresh orange sweetness gives way to soft mango, while sea air, seaweed, driftwood and salt come in underneath.
