Talisker The Wild Blue is a limited edition single malt from the Isle of Skye, bottled at 48.2% in a 70cl bottle. It spent 16 months in South African Atlantic coastal red wine casks, a first for Talisker. The bottle is made from 100% recycled glass with ceramic detailing.
The wine cask finish is described as adding sun-dried cranberries, figs, sultanas and orchard fruits, set against Talisker's maritime smoke, peppery spice and sea salt.
