It spent 13 years in a refill hogshead before a final finish in a Moscatel port pipe.
The nose combines ripe apricots and spicy ginger biscuits with the bitterness of British orange marmalade. The palate has a silky texture of honey and candied citrus, with baking spices. The long finish moves from sweet oak to fruity wine gums.
