This is a 15 year old Tamnavulin from Speyside, bottled by Living Souls. It was matured in bourbon barrels and bottled at natural colour without chill filtration. Tamnavulin is a distillery that tends to go under the radar, and it is rarely seen bottled at this age. The character is likened to a crisp autumn morning on a country farm, with banana pancakes and golden syrup fresh from the griddle.
