Tamnavulin Double Cask is a Speyside single malt bottled at 40% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It was matured in American oak barrels and finished in sherry casks. The distillery opened in 1966 on the banks of the River Livet.
The colour is amber gold. The nose brings apple, toffee, honey and sweet marzipan with a little tangy marmalade. On the palate there are pear, creamy peaches, pineapple and a hint of Demerara sugar, and the finish is rich, smooth and refreshing.
