Tamnavulin Oloroso Cask is a Scotch whisky in a one-litre bottle at 40% ABV. It is matured in American ex-Bourbon casks and then finished in Oloroso sherry casks.
The nose combines brown sugar, gingersnaps and cinnamon rolls with raspberry jam and a hint of toasted malt. On the palate come more pastry notes, alongside honeycomb and Christmas cake, with dried apricot, citrus peels and vanilla pod.
