Tamnavulin Sherry Cask is a Speyside single malt in a 75cl bottle. It was matured in American oak barrels and then enhanced by three different sherry casks. The colour is amber gold.
The nose brings baked tarte tatin and vanilla pod, with banana, caramelised orange and fresh ginger. The palate is warm, with glazed nectarines and frangipane, followed by sticky toffee pudding, Demerara sugar and Seville oranges. The finish is rich and complex, with fruit cake and overripe apricots.
