This is a Speyside single malt from the Tamnavulin distillery, in a 70cl bottle at 40% ABV.
It begins its maturation in American oak barrels and is then finished in three different types of sherry cask.
The nose brings brown sugar, gingersnaps, cinnamon rolls, raspberry jam and a hint of toasted malt. On the palate come fruit and nut chocolate, pastry notes, honeycomb and Christmas cake, followed by a finish of dried apricot, citrus peel and vanilla pod.
