Tamnavulin Sherry Cask Edition is a Speyside single malt bottled at 40% in a 70cl bottle. It is matured in American oak casks and given extra depth by three different sherry casks. Its colour is amber gold.
The nose is freshly baked tarte tatin and vanilla pod, followed by banana, caramelised orange and fresh ginger. The palate is warm, with glazed nectarines and frangipane, touched by sticky toffee pudding, Demerara sugar and Seville oranges.
The finish is rich and complex, with fruit cake and ripe apricots.
