White Wine Cask Edition is a distillery bottling from Tamnavulin, a Speyside single malt bottled at 40% in a 70cl bottle.
It was matured in American oak barrels and in casks that previously held Sauvignon Blanc wine.
The nose is fine, with mango, apple juice, banana, white grapes and flowers. The palate is creamy, with raspberry, melon and pear, plus white pepper, honeycomb and oak. The finish is short, with hints of nuts and coconut.
