Tanaka – Vietnam Blend Whisky (70cl, 40%)

Tanaka Vietnam Blend is a blended whisky made in Vietnam, bottled at 40% in a 70cl bottle. It was aged for three years in cask, and the warm, humid climate of Vietnam is said to bring out subtle notes of vanilla and toast. The whisky comes from Atsushi Tanaka, a Japanese enthusiast of Vietnam who also makes Niwakami whisky and Kirifuji gin. Tanaka is the name of his Vietnamese distillery and of the first Vietnamese whisky. The blend is made from carefully selected aged whiskies and is described as soft, with a subtle flavour.
