A four-year-old German single malt from Destillerie Ralf Hauer, bottled independently by That Boutique-y Whisky Company as Batch No. 1. It comes in a 50cl bottle at 64.1% ABV.
The whisky was matured in an ex-sherry cask and then finished in a bourbon cask.
The nose is herbal, with pine, earthy undergrowth, winter oak spice and a little salinity. The palate is rich, with oak vanilla, creamy barley and peppery spice.
