The nose has apricot, peach, mango and papaya alongside beeswax and marzipan, with green tea and cut grass underneath. The palate is creamy and full-bodied, with Greek yoghurt, honeyed oats and white grapes set against burnt caramel and camomile. The finish recalls matcha green tea cheesecake with clotted cream and apricots.
