This is a 14 year old Highland single malt from Teaninich, bottled by Brave New Spirits as part of its Cask Masters collection. It was distilled in 2010 and matured from May 2010 to March 2025 in a single first fill Oloroso sherry barrique.
It is bottled unfiltered at a cask strength of 51.2% vol, from one cask that yielded 305 bottles.
The nose offers candied ginger, grapefruit and soft leather over butterscotch and gentle oak spice. On the palate the Oloroso is prominent, with roasted walnuts and melting toffee, and the finish is long, with pastry, leather and a hint of grapefruit.
