A 7 year old Highland single malt from Teaninich, distilled in 2018 and bottled in 2025 at 58.7% ABV. It is a collaboration between North Star Spirits and Whisky Punks, released as Never Mind The Distillery in an edition of 90 bottles.
The nose is punchy, with sherry, cherries, toffee and a pain au raisin note. On the palate there is a sherried kick with cinnamon, ginger, stone fruit and a little cake, still with slightly rough edges. The finish is sherried.
