Ten High is a blended Kentucky bourbon from the Barton 1792 Distillery in Bardstown, in a 1 litre bottle at 40% ABV.
It contains at least 51% straight bourbon, with the remainder grain neutral spirit. The brand began as a straight bourbon and became a blended bourbon in 2009.
The nose brings light brown sugar, caramel corn and a banana-like sweetness. The palate is sweet, with vanilla, corn and mild black cherry. The finish is short, with a wisp of oak and fading sweetness.
