Tenmile Listening Rock Gin (75cl)

Listening Rock is a gin from Ten Mile Distillery in New York, made from 100% New York-grown grain. Lemon balm and mint grown at the distillery are used alongside local juniper. The flavours are clean and fresh, full of citrus and mint. It works well in drinks built around citrus, from a gin and tonic with lime to a Bee's Knees or a Corpse Reviver #2. It also stands up neat at room temperature, where its texture and delicacy come through, or in a martini with a lemon twist.
