Tenmile – Little Rest Pinot Noir Cask American Single Malt (75cl, 61.5%)

Tenmile Little Rest is an American single malt whiskey in a 75cl bottle. Tenmile Distillery married two whiskeys, both aged for 5 years in Williams Selyem Pinot Noir barrels, and bottled the result at a cask strength of 61.5% ABV. It is the oldest Tenmile whiskey released so far, and the one most closely tied to John Dyson's Williams Selyem heritage. The nose offers ripe plums and freshly baked chocolate cinnamon muffins. The palate is full-bodied, with hints of cherries and coffee, leading to a light, honeyed finish.
