Tenmile – Little Rest Export Cask American Single Malt (75cl, 46%)

Tenmile Little Rest Export Cask is an American single malt bottled at 46%, in a 75cl bottle. It combines four-year-old whiskeys, 80% matured in bourbon casks and 20% in sherry casks. The vatting follows the method of Scottish Highland distilleries that use sherry casks. Export casks were once used to carry sherry to Glasgow, where the sherry was bottled and the casks were refilled with whisky. The nose offers ripe honeydew melon with a hint of freshly brewed coffee. On the palate there is dark chocolate, black forest gateau and ripe black cherries.
