The Beverly QuintEssential Edition is an American single malt made as a collaboration between Beverly Spirits and Cedar Ridge of Iowa. It is bottled at 58.45% ABV in a 75cl-style 750ml bottle.
The whisky was matured for at least six years, then finished in first-fill Amontillado sherry casks and French oak casks.
The nose brings cocoa and soft leather. On the palate come caramel, toffee and candied cherry, and the finish carries dark chocolate, sherry and warm oak.
