The Beverly Reserve is a barrel-strength American whiskey made in collaboration with Cedar Ridge Distillery in Iowa. It is a limited edition blend of 60% straight bourbon and 40% straight rye, bottled at 58% ABV (116 proof) in a 75cl bottle.
The nose combines vanilla bean, maple and oak. The palate is soft and rich, with toasted marshmallow, caramel and candied pecans. The finish is warm and long, with cinnamon and nutmeg.
